Boot Camp Graduates!

Ladies and Gentlemen - On behalf of ADBB, I would like to congratulate the following people on completing and graduating from the most recent boot camp!
Its not an easy 2 weeks and what the following people have gone through is a fantastic achievement.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
