pace lap What are your hobbies and/or passions in life?
I collect tins (got about 400 or so) vinyl records (about 600 of those) and cookbooks
In reading I love fantasy and that goes for movies as well (lord of the rings rules), besides that I love all movies terry gilliam ever made.
My biggest passion is my husband, hey, he made me move continents even! (and I never regretted)
lap 2 Which describes you best: I don't weigh, ever! ~ I weigh between 2 or 3 times a week ~ I am a full blown scaleaholic.
Definitely a scaleaholic, but I don't let it do me, so no, I don't twitch with fluctuations
lap 3 What is your favorite legal food?
stir fry's, I just love diving into my fridge and mixing it all together and it is different every time hmmmMMMMMMMmmmmmmmm
lap 4 What is your favorite ADBB forum?
Actually I almost always stick to the main forum, until recently where I at last ended up checking the exercise challenges, but other than that I don't read any others
lap 5 Have you met any of your ADBB buddies in person?
no I haven't, would be nice though!
lap 6 Looking back at the beginning of your journey, did you set reasonable goals when you started your weight loss journey?
Yes I think I did, I never set a date for my goal (and it does take longer than I expected, so I am happy I never did) but I know I can do it, at my goal I would weigh the highest weight in my healthy range.
lap 7 What does 'paying if forward' mean to you?
If I can motivate someone to look into a healthier way of living just by telling them about the RIGHT way to do Atkins that gives me a very good feeling.
lap 8 Where do you see yourself in 1 year, as it concerns your woe, exercise and health?
I will still be doing this wol, so I hope to be in maintenance by then and still do my exercises like now and feel as good too!
lap 9 How do you challenge yourself when it comes to exercise?
I started the vidiots challenges in january (my very first challenge ever since I started visiting this board) and I love it, so I stick to that for sure.
The coming month I want to do the abbs challenge too.
final lap If you could give somebody one piece of advise about this woe/wol,
what would you say?
Make sure you read the book and that you understand what you are doing, it gives you such great knowledge and will make you strong in this diet, also towards the nay-sayers, because they will cross your path
