    pace lap What are your hobbies and/or passions in life? My hobbies are ceramics and gardening. My passions are, DH, cooking and my dog.

    lap 2 Which describes you best: I don't weigh, ever! ~ I weigh between 2 or 3 times a week ~ I am a full blown scaleaholic. Since reaching goal I find myself weighing about once every 2 weeks. Prior to that, I seriously needed re-hab for my scale addiction.

    lap 3 What is your favorite legal food? Steak, of course! My new favorite though is Cauliflower because there's so much that can be done with it.

    lap 4 What is your favorite ADBB forum? Spotlight and Journal Chats. Spotlight because I get a chance to meet new people and guide them on their journey, and Journal Chats because the people are so friendly and supportive.

    lap 5 Have you met any of your ADBB buddies in person? I have, and it was everything I expected!

    lap 6 Looking back at the beginning of your journey, did you set reasonable goals when you started your weight loss journey? My goal changed over the course of losing. It's more about how you feel and how you look than what the scale says.

    lap 7 What does 'paying if forward' mean to you? I've always been a person who reaches out to others. I feel very priviledged to have become a moderator of ADBB. If I can help spark someone to stay on this WOE, then I have payed it forward!

    lap 8 Where do you see yourself in 1 year, as it concerns your woe, exercise and health? I expect to still be at goal. I will continue this WOE for the rest of my life because it's healthy eating and easy. I will try to keep up on my walking too.

    lap 9 How do you challenge yourself when it comes to exercise? As a fairly non-exerciser I find that really, the only way I exercise on a continuous basis is to join one of the many Exercise Challenges on this board. There's just nothing like a Challenge to get me going and keep it going!

    final lap If you could give somebody one piece of advise about this woe/wol,
    what would you say?
    I would say forget all the negative connotations of this WOE. Try it for yourself. It's been proven time and time again that this IS a healthy way to eat, we eat from EVERY food group, our cholesteral and B/P goes DOWN, we have energy and feel really good about ourselves.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
