pace lap What are your hobbies and/or passions in life? I never really thought this one out about my hobbies, but the things i like to do in my spare time is reading or watching a good movie, and my passion is my kids, i love to do things with them and just watch them play, they grow up so fast.
lap 2 Which describes you best: I don't weigh, ever! ~ I weigh between 2 or 3 times a week ~ I am a full blown scaleaholic. Im a scaleaholic which is not a good thing, it usually will determine how i feel about myself that day, if it is down, i feel good but if its up i feel bad about myself.
lap 3 What is your favorite legal food? My favorite legal food is steak.
lap 4 What is your favorite ADBB forum? I love the journals, i feel i can express myself there and also reflect back, and i love the interaction with other members.
lap 5 Have you met any of your ADBB buddies in person? No, but would love to.
lap 6 Looking back at the beginning of your journey, did you set reasonable goals when you started your weight loss journey? I think i set reasonable goals i just have not kept my end of the bargain.
lap 7 What does 'paying if forward' mean to you? If someone asked me this i would say it meant giving someone what you have or learned to help move them forward.
lap 8 Where do you see yourself in 1 year, as it concerns your woe, exercise and health? I see myself getting serious about this and in a year be half way to goal, and be healthier than i am.
lap 9 How do you challenge yourself when it comes to exercise? To be honest i have not challenged myself eneough, but i do plan to get more serious when it comes to excercise, so i joined the 6wk challenge and challenged myself to 5 out of 7 which will be challenging in itself.
final lap If you could give somebody one piece of advise about this woe/wol,
what would you say? I would say to give it your all, and to read the book and dont do it your way do it by the book because it works.
