CAN YOU BELIEVE IT??? WE HAVE ANOTHER GOALIE!!! misplaced southerner, aka Betsy, reached goal on June 22. She worked the plan and gained the award! If you haven't congratulated Betsy, you can still do so by visiting the Celebration! forum.
We've had 3 Goalies this month. What will July hold for us?
The I AM WORTH IT CHALLENGE was a huge success. 27 Challengers earned an award. The challenge will be offered again with new assignments and new daily challenges.
Watch for the next semi annual challenge to be offered. The 20/24 Challenge will be offered sometime in July. Watch for the sign up thread in the Exercise Challenges forum.
Summer is here for most of us. Don't forget to drink your water and stay hydrated! Don't forget your commitment to youself to get fit and living a healthier lifestyle.
