THIS IS ANOTHER BOARDWIDE CHALLENGE!
This challenge is for any Member of the ADBB, from Induction to Maintenance. The purpose is get us out of our habit of depending on our great cheeses and hamburgers, the added grains and dairy, and start being more diligent about adding those all important, vitamin fortified, vegetables!
THIS IS A 5 DAY CHALLENGE
MAY 10th THROUGH MAY 14th

Here are the particulars:
You must be willing to chart your veggie NET carbs for the 5 days of the challenge, and report them daily. Also, you are to try a new veggie that you have never eaten before (or try a new recipe for a tried and true favorite veggie). Sign up will start on Monday, May 3rd and run through Sunday, May 9th. NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO SIGN UP AFTER SUNDAY, May 9th! This award is earned by meeting your minimum EACH DAY, so you will not be able to join late.
If you are doing Induction, your challenge is to eat a minimum of 12 NET carbs of veggies each day during the challenge.
If you are in any phase of OWL, your challenge is to eat a minimum of 17 NET carbs of veggies each day during the challenge.
If you are on Maintenance, your challenge is to eat a minimum of 22 NET carbs of veggies each day during the challenge.
If you are on Induction and are struggling with your veggies... if you have fallen away from the basics of Atkins... if you have been doing Induction for more than 2 weeks and have been "on the fence" as to whether you should move onto OWL or not... or if you just like the company of a great bunch of people striving for the same goal - THIS IS THE EVENT TO JOIN! This challenge can benefit ANY and EVERY body!! We'll be asking/answering questions and trading recipes - FUN! C'mon on over, and share the experience.
