    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

    Unless its the end of the month then it will be pork as its cheaper.

      Ya baby!! Beef all the way. Preferably steak, but I had leftover meatloaf for lunch and then some meatballs later for my snack. I wish I had more......

                  I'm half Syrian so there is a lot of lamb in the recipes. My favorite is a mixture of ground lamb with rice, mint, salt and pepper rolled in vine leaves and cooked in water and rhubarb. It is my all time favorite food.

                      I love a big fat juicy Ribeye Steak!

                      I love seafood equally though. I could eat seafood everyday but I like steak at least once a week.
