It took me 5 months to lose 35 lbs. the first time around. I took a couple years off and I'm back on the wagon now.

Took me just over 2 years to call goal. I removed the vast majority of it the first year, but the 2nd year it took forevvvverrr to get those last 15lbs off!

Since my goal was to get to a healthy weight I was a goalie months before i realized it since I had those height/weight/bone chart numbers to go by as healthy for me. learning about body fat%s was an important concept in reealizing goal weight isn't a scale number weight.by the book atkinseer
