Re: Your Favorite Non-Food reward
I bought myself a pair of bright orange ballet flats last mini-goal. Orange is my favourite color, so it was a real treat.
Next minigoal, I'm thinking some hot high-heels.

Re: Your Favorite Non-Food reward
i HAD to buy something nice, nothing fit anymore!
i guess i haven't been much into rewarding myself outwardly. i have been happy over the small achievements and the congrats i got from fellow losers was enough to keep on the losing track.

Re: Your Favorite Non-Food reward
some girls go with getting a pedicure or getting their nails done.
i've seen posts of going to a tanning bed and going to a movie as a reward.

Re: Your Favorite Non-Food reward
i paid myself $5 a pound and decided when I lost 100 pounds I could spend it however I wanted. I took the leftover money and moved it to the goalie account and kept paying me $5 a pound till I got there. Just thinking about all the stuff I could buy kept me happy and I changed my mine a lot on the way there. I also made donations to ADBB for each pound lostby the book atkinseer

Re: Your Favorite Non-Food reward
I just treated myself to a nice 5 piece luggage set with little rollie wheels and handles.
Although I've always wanted matching luggage instead of mismatched tote bags, it's on the symbolic side for me because I am not really ready to buy lots of new clothes, but now I can imagine filling them up as I continue to lose. And there will be a fun trip to use them when I hit goal.
