In my opinion its Kent, the difference between his two pics are staggering. As part of the 3 year anniversary thread, who would you like to give "a shout out" to?

Yes, Kent, and Rich, and Fawn, and Cruiser Gal, and Sarah,(Iyamamaschke), dream of 145!!!

Regardless of how much we've lost, we're ALL on the road to better health and fitness, therefore, WE ALL ROCK!!!

I would have to say..Brooke, TTdriver, Cleochatra, Sarah (Iyamamaschke), Yoly1001, Kent, and Richt. They have all been FABOLOUS transformations.

I am so thankful to be a witness to their success.

OMG how can you choose???? Picking one over the other? I have to say this is like food for the eyes ...I like the food on my plate at the moment just like I like the before and aft I am looking at ...I don't care if it is 20lbs or 220lbs the change in people here is remarkable and I am not going to even try ...I love them all

I think that everyone is a winner on ADBB. To each their own, as the saying goes. I do agree that there have been many remarkable changes in the members such as the ones mentioned in this thread already, and you have done well! Life changing events are a milestone for us all and we all deserve a pat on the back!

Too hard to pick! Plus there are so many we risk leaving someone out by accident! I agree with all that have been posted so far! What about Bren, 2big and heidi/nurselady, cruisergal and sallyseachange too! Plus we've had many that pop in and post befores and afters and then disappear again into lurkdom!

I think everyones photos are motivating
and inspiring!

WHEN i started out on the ADBB Pammie's and Brens photos were
the most motivating at the time!

i've seen before pics of fg! she has changed dramatically too!
so has heidi! she wouldn't even post her abs! they were all covered up as she laid on her deck!

I agree. There are so many people that post their photos and inspire me. I'm amazed over and over at the changes in our appearance as we lose excess weight. Atkins should be referred to as a 'fountain of youth' plan as well as a 'weight loss plan'. Everyone looks younger, thinner, happier and just plain ol' better. What can I say...but THANK YOU ATKINS x a million!!!!

I think PapaJack's physical transformation is the most amazing that I have seen. There are so many on this board but his is the first one I saw when I first signed up. Jo and Dawn are also big inspirations.

It is too hard to pick! I think everybody has a certain person that they kinda watch and say, "yeah, I want to look like her (or him) when I get through this" for me, it's cruisergal and Yolly, but everyone is an inspiration in their own way!

There are so many people who have motivated me! Seriously, though, I look at people like Sugarfree Sheila, ttdriver and Alliecat. And sheshy? Holy smokes, that girl got hottiepants. As for guys, I'd say Perry and k5commando really look amazing!

There are so many inspirational people and it's hard to pick just a few.
