    ok, so we are having a "virtual" party!

    HAPPY ANNIVERSARY ADBB!

    now, we have to all bring a dish to pass! Well, we cannot actually do that, but how about we have a favorite Atkins recipe/or food from everyone!

    I will supply the WATER! That is WATER!

    (unless your on rung 5 )

    Right now my favorite, and it has been for sometime is Barb's Roasted Cauliflower.........YUMMY!

    I have to go to work. Dang. I was planning on attending the Anniversary party,

        I'll bring the crispy chicken wings made with butter & Franks hot sauce. Yummy!!! Makes a mess of the keyboard though....

          I'm bringing my cheese taco shells! We can eat them whole or break them up and use them to scoop up some of my homemade extra hot salsa! Everyone can enjoy both!
