Doubt I am the oldest at 57 but figure if I am brave enough to put my age out there some others will come forward. So come on step up and be proud of those numbers for that is all they are, and when you are eating healthy and exercising, then you just laugh away those numbers.

I could be wrong ...and it is because of that fact...my posisbility of wrongness that I am not going to step out on a limb and guess who I think is the oldest member of the board ....I like living

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
