okay the actual terminology is WHAT'S GOING ON. but it's at the bottom of the main page. great way to keep up with the daily birthdays and scoping out who's online.

LOL, that is awesome. It's really amazing to me that this board is so big and so popular and they say no one is doing Atkins or low carb any more.
