  • 4yrs on Atkins

oops frogot yesterday was my Atkins anniversary.

it has been an ingredible time from day one June 1 2002 doubting I'd lose a pound eating all that food ,

to joyfully watching the pounds fall of losing the first 100 in just over 7 months

to stuggling with the stalls knowing I wasn't doing anything Atkins incorrect

to learning that skinny person behind me reflected in the store window in the mall wearing my hat is me

to learning weight loss goals are too much frustration and I'm a 1/2 empty glasser not a 1/2 full glasser.

to becoming an exercise addict again
to the excitement of shopping in the normal size store and learning about even and odd numbered clothes sizes

to discovering WALMART has long legged lady's pants now and toobig guys size small clothers are really size 12 ladies not size 23/24 the hard way trying on every number all the way down!

to working so hard to acheive that magic weight loss chart number I flew right by healthy body fat goal weight

    to meeting all of 'yall.
