3 Year Atkinsversary!

    3 Year Atkinsversary!

    I'll drink to that

    Start weight: 272 June 7 2003
    Goal weight: 210 Achieved Dec 2003
    Lowest weight: 193 Aug 2005
    Current weight: 207 Jun 7 2006

    SO I'm still UNDER GOAL!

    So what have I done since I started Atkins?
    • Ran a bunch of running races..mostly 5K's but a couple longer.
    • Climbed Mt Rainier (close to the top)
    • Kept the weight off
    • Still eat low(ish) carb (no grain/sugar)
    • Got a new job (which takes up all my time )

    Anyways thanx to all the help people have given me here. I'm still checking in once in a while. Hope everyone is still keeping at it!
