    does this keep you guys guessing?

    for saturday i'll choose Hey Nelson better known to us journalers as patty. patty has shown real determination towards her goal. as she loses weight i hope one thing doesn't get any smaller............ her heart. you all might not know this but patty has a friend that morbidly obese and patty is right there urging and encouraging, trying to help as much as she can. now patty said this in her journal so i guess it's okay to say it here too, if not, i guess i'll have to edit and beg forgiveness. she's been sober for 5 years now and i have to tell you, i think this girl is truely an atkins role model!

            Congratulations!! Your posts are always very no-nonsense and filled with motivation to all members of the board. You are definitely a prime example of what the ADBB is all about (giving, caring and support).
