    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                      miss phode, sometimes it's the little things that catch my eye. we all can't brain leak like 2big and we all may not know what megs knows. not all are mods and maybe some won't ever be a host/hostess, but, they and you are still an asset to the board and you have given your time to help others.

                      that's a member of the day any day in my book!
