It's true that anyone can earn an award for completing a challenge. That requires a personal commitment to something and attaining your goal at it.
A few of us mods were thinking that those who do not, for whatever reason, win or finish a challenge also deserve recognition. Why? That's simple. It's because these people are exercising regularly to help with weight loss and their overall health. They are here, posting that indeed they are exercising.
Some of you have been non-exercisers and have recently found exercise to be fabulous. Some have always been exercisers and continue to enjoy it.
Every Wednesday, I will be posting my choice as "Silly's Exerciser of the Week" because I'm proud of all of the exercisers!
