    GIVE A SHOUT OUT TO ADENA!!!!

    Adena joined our board in August and is a Supporting Member. She has a journal in Journals Chats and keeps track of her daily manus and weight in her Journal Stats journal.

    Adena's posts can be found in a whole mess of forums! Main, Chit Chat, Century Club to name a few.

    Adena is a member of the Century Club and to date (according to her ticker) has lost 37 pounds!! She is also, participating in the December Mileage Challenge and the December Stability Push Up Challenge.

    Adena is a source of inspiration in Journal Chats and other forums of the ADBB.

    Aden, for being constant and being a friend among all our members, you are my pick for the Member of the Day!!!
