  • Boot Camp GRADUATES - A job well done!

This round of Boot Camp is over and I just have to say:

    Congratulations Recruits, you did it!

I've never been prouder than I am of the wonderful recruits we had this round. They worked hard and they really came through for themselves and each other with the help of their DA's. Doing this so close to Christmas is tough, but these ladies ALL showed just how strong they can be when put to the test. Thank EACH of you from the bottom of my heart for stepping up and being a great example of what anyone can accomplish if they put their mind to it.

I'd like to thank the Academy......

But seriously, Boot Camp was a great learning experience. I know I still have a long way to go in my quest to weight loss and better health. The drill assistants and all who ran Boot Camp were tough yet helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

Do we get to throw our graduation caps in the air together??

OK, on the count of 3................1..............2................3 !!!!!!!!!!!!!
