    She started in July. I know she exercised in boot camp, that's for sure! Currently she has completed the August, Sept, Oct and November Stability Ball Challenge and is working on completing December too!

      Thank you very much! This will motivate me to push myself even harder! (Christmas has been a time when I haven't pushed hard enough... in the exercise department anyway.)

      I want to say that 6 months ago, I wouldn't have imagined that I could make exercise plans that include walking a marathon next year (2007). Since I've started Atkins, and had the support of ADBB, I've completed a race walking camp (so I can walk the marathon in a decent amount of time), I've managed to walk up to 12 miles at a time, and I've added weight lifting, Pilates, swimming a mile at a time, bicycling, and of course, the STABILITY BALL CHALLENGE to my daily life!

      Thank you again - for all the inspiration I find on this board to keep on keeping on - til I reach my goal of 20% body fat - and then keeping it at that level!
