  • 3 Months with No Cheating...

    3 Months ago today I got back on the wagon and I have not cheated since. I made it through my birthday...thanksgiving...and now Christmas. I am at my lowest weight ever and feel great! I want to keep on pressing on toward my goal.

    Just wanted to share that with everyone.

    Hope Everyone had a Merry Christmas!

    sometimes it gets hard for people to stay on plan just through the everyday normal stuff and there you are with all sorts of special days being checked off!!! well done!
