    It may be the last day of the year.....but I accomplished my mileage goal for the month of December and I am proud!
    Sooooooooooooooooo yeah me!!!!

                              Congratulations, Tam! I so often set exercise challenge goals and miss them -- you haven't missed ONE -- and yours are much more aggressive and require tremendous consistancy. Thanks, too, for hosting the challenge -- you add so much to this board!
