            The best advice I can give anyone who is willing to listen is:
            1) Follow the book, don't try to do it "your way"
            2) Drink water, water, water
            3) Get up and move. Do SOMETHING even if it's for a couple minutes. Getting up off the couch (or computer chair) is 90% of the battle for most of us.
            4) Keep your food interesting--seek out new recipes so you don't get bored or feel sorry for yourself.
