I have been following the Atkins Plan from the book for a few months now (before thanksgiving), and I finally met my first goal to get to 140.
Yea!
I have stuck to the plan even when I was not loosing (or even gaining some) and yesterday I had a Woosh of a couple of pounds that put me at 139.6. I did not post yesterday becasue I wanted to be sure it would stick and today I was still under 140 at 139.2.
I still have more fat than I like, so I am setting my next goal at 135. It may take a while to get there but I will try to stay on plan and not waiver even when it looks like I am not loosing.
Oh...I posted some pics in the gallery section of me before dieting and now.
