  • How time flies! Two years!

    I just realised that today marks two whole years of eating the Atkins way and close to a year and a half maintaining! I can hardly believe it.
    Thank you everyone for your constant help, support and inspiration these last two years. You're all awesome!

    Before and after:






    PLEDGING FLIGHTS
    Completed: 1st set of buildings and mountains (Everest,M.Blanc & Kilimanjaro, twice); Tower Masts & Chimneys; More virtual buildings; Challenger's Choice x 2 (volcanos and mountains on Mars). Currently climbing: Mount Snowdon again: 416/475

    Start 10 Jan 2005. Maintenance since Aug. 2005.

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                    Thanks so much everyone! I couldn't have done it without you all, that's for sure. And Rich is right...time does fly when you're having fun, and on Atkins I really do have lots of fun!
