Silly's Exerciser of the Week, January 24

She's an old ADBB pal of mine, from way back in Januaruy 2006! While she doesn't use a journal, she is all over the board so I can still see her participating. I'm not the only one who thinks this award should go to her today, because a mutual friend of ours brought her to my attention again !

She is a big time dancer! She loves to go dancing and take dance class with her husband. Her fingers always get a big workout too because she's also a gamer!

Currently, she is in the Semi-Annual Boardwide No Weigh Challenge, and the President's Challenge too.

While her Stat Journal is not exercise, I'm very proud of her for keeping that one up.

CHANGING! You have been chosen as the Silly's Exerciser of the Week!

    Congratulations

Oh my goodness... I am so touched... you guys are so sweet.

I do kinda keep a low profile, but that's because I'm shy, not nasty!

Thanks for the nod towards all the dancing. It's a world of fun, and I recommend it to anybody that gets bored by other forms of exercise.

        Wow, geez... thanks again.
No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

        Vigilance, not perfection.
