Akid has been a member since March 15, 2006 but has been doing Atkins for over a year now. Her low carb woe started January 23, 2006 and in that time she has gone from 183 pounds down to 156. Her goal is to reach 140 and I have no doubt we will be seeing her reach goal very soon!
Atkid is a Supporting Member and participates in the new Millionaires Club and is quite active in the ongoing games in Chit Chat. She has also been active in the 6 Week Exercise Challenge in the past.
