    Biogeek Has Left The Building!!!!

    The Pledging Flights challengers have seen another member scale to the top of all the virtual buildings!!!

    BIOGEEK has climbed 912 flights and 11 buildings to become our 8th member to accomplish this goal!!

    CONGRATULATIONS, BIO!!!!

      Doin Miles, Flights, & Kid Ketchin'...
      2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
      but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                  Thanks for your support! I'm certainly looking forward to the challenges that the mountains will provide. All those steps!!! But what is life without some challenges, eh?

                      Thanks Sweetgirl! I have a whole gaggle of women that climb stairs with me at work and we climb during multiple breaks and for about 45 minutes during lunch. I'm hosting a potluck and awards celebration for them on Wednesday. Jimmie was kind enough to make awards that I can give them.

                          Yeah, I tried recruiting a couple of professors to climb with us, but to no avail. "Too busy" is their usual response. I'll pester them again later. LOL We usually climb when students are in classes b/c otherwise, the stairwell is pretty full! Also, we can get on the loud side when we're chattering about something or having a race.
