    I did it! I am officially in ONEderland, weighing in this week at 199! I will NEVER have a 2 in front of my weight AGAIN.

    Since August, I've lost 66 pounds, countless inches, and gained a whole new perspective on life.

    This is the 3rd minigoal that I've met. Only 29 pounds until goal!

                    I am SOOO thilled for you. You have worked incredibly hard and are our Atkins poster child for doing everything exactly right.

                    Not even a single cheat in those 199 days, I'd like to point out. Not to mention that she tracks and records every morsel of food she eats, all of her activites, and she's an exercise MACHINE!

                    If you want to know how to do Atkins the RIGHT way, just do what Julie does!
