  • Silly's Exerciser of the Week March 7

This person has been a member of this board since February 2004, a very long time. She's a very dedicated ADBBer!

She goes to her gym often and has been known to have many *friends* there too!

She's joined many exercise challenges and is currently in:
    Bikini Trunks Challenge
    March Mileage Challenge
    New Psychotic Challenge
    20/24 Challenge

She is very psychotic about her exercising and it's paid off for her ongoing weight loss.

LYSSIE! Congratulations, you have been chosen as the Silly's Exerciser of the Week!

      Thank you.

Ohmygod. I just had an awesome idea. What if there were smiley faces for all the workouts, there could even be like, a *yoga* smiley! How cool would *that* be??

I made a new friend last night... I was going to write about it in my journal, but this is a more fitting place... Don't worry, it's a woman... and no, nothing weird. I was on my way out of the locker room to BodyPump and I hear these women talking and the one's like, saying how she forgot her shoes, so the other one says that means to go home instead of going to bodypump, I'm like, no it doesn't, you can totally do bodypump without shoes, I've done an elliptical, bike, and stairmaster without shoes when I've forgotten them... So the class continues with the awful instructor (which I *did* post about), the one girl (with shoes) leaves partway through. The other one is begging me to say something about the microphone (I really can't, I realize I would normally be that way, but I didn't want to burst her little instructing bubble), and then she starts talking about leaving when we had like, 4 tracks to go, which is like, over halfway through, so I keep telling her she can't leave, she keeps telling me she can't stand the girl teaching. In the end, I won, she stayed the entire class. So I made a new friend, and I showed my true gym rattiness in the process.
