I posted this in my Journal but I just had to post it in here too I am way too excited!!

Bad bad bad keto styx!!! Them lying lil buggers!! I have been paying too much darn attention to them, they have been reading negitive for 3 days, So I get up this morning and got a huge shocker, 5 lb weight loss!!! Now I think the whooshie fairy might have visited me over night, but I never dreamed it would be that much, Thank you Fairy, you are in my heart and soul today!!

I think it works both ways. My ketostix have been reading heavy ketone loss levels yet I have not shedded any weight in the last 2-3 weeks.
