    4 weeks of induction and -drum roll- hehe

    I'm so excited!!!
    I've gotten rid of 16.6 pds and 19.75 inches since i started the Atkins program March 15...WOOHOOO
    At 20pds I move on to OWL...a little scary but I understand the why's behind moving on.
    Happy Thursday everyone!!!
