    Another Decade Gone!!

    I did weigh in this morning and to my GREAT surprise, I am at 188!!! The 90's are gone! I am SO thrilled!!!

    That is a total of 17 lbs since 3/13/07!!!

      Thanks!!! I didn't really do exercising my first time around with Atkins and I can see now it makes ALL the difference for me!!
