    She joined the board January 3, 2006 and has been a constant ever since.

    Currently she is involved in:

    May Stability Ball Challenge
    6 WEC #34 (and #35)
    Abs Challenge

    Due to a recent knee injury she had to stop the KickAss Triathalon and Atkins Attack challenges. I'm sure she will rejoin as soon as she can.

    While not exercise related, she is also our Vita/Nutrient/Supplement know it all, and I mean that in the kindest and most appreciative way!
