    She has been a member of the board since April 2006. Her weight loss has been steady and terrific!

    Currently she is in the 6WEC and May Mileage Challenges. I know she's not feeling well today, but I hope she comes to the thread to celebrate her successes!

      'Thank you Silly, yes i hate that im not feeling well today, its not actually that im not feeling well, just been having some episodes happen and not sure if its just panic attacks or something going on with my heart, went to the ER last night after waking up from my sleep with a pounding heart, and shaking and nauseas, and scared to death, so i went and he was saying it could be something like a irregular heartbeat but the EKG wont pick it up unless im experiencing it at the time that i get there, but it also could be panic attacks, i can take a klonopin and it will help me so kind of lost at what is going on, but i did have a dizzy spell last week, where i wasnt sure if it was from all the excercise or not and drinking all the water maybe flushing out to many electrolytes and then having these episodes, so i decided to just take it easy today and i have an appt, tomorrow morning with my doctor, so will hit the excercise bandwagon again tomorrow, if he thinks its nothing more than panic attacks. I am so flattered though that i won this award lol, i really gave it my all in the last 6wk challenge, and kind of disappointed that i have to take today off because it is messing with my goal of 6 days a week, but just want to be safe and get checked out.

                        Thank you everyone, im hitting it hard today at the gym, i took two days off due to all the anxiety and stress i was under but decided to not let it control me, like i was beginning to do.
