Re: Stability Ball Challenge Winners for May

Great job, Bio and Jimmy. I was one of the drop outs of the last abs challenge. And I REALLY need it! I will follow your lead and try it again -- and this time, succeed! -- in July.

Congratulations and thanks for setting a great example.

i am sure that i can speak for myself AND for bio in saying that if our commitment to finish our challenges is enough to spur somebody on to completing theirs then we are pleased!

My message just got eaten, but I wanted to say that you both are an inspiration. I've tried to exercise on a stability ball, and I just ended up falling off.

Thanks for all the kudos, folks! The stability ball has worked wonders in my flexibilty and working those tiny, forgotten muscles that you never knew you had. You know I must love it b/c I bought a second ball for the office, so anytime can be ball time.

Fuschia, just keep at it! When I first started using the ball, I thought I was going to pop the darn thing. Strangely enough, that hasn't happened yet. I did, however, fall off, rolled off, and wobbled my way to having a stronger core. It didn't happen overnight, but it did take me a good week of stubborness and bull-headed determination to make me master the ball.

Perhaps some of you kind folks will join us soon in a stability challenge near you? The more, the merrier!!!
