    I met her during the "Are You Eating Your Veggies Challenge". She came to ADBB on February 2, 2007 and is already on Rung 4, so we also need to celebrate her bumping up those rungs consistently!

    She has completed the 6WEC #34 and loved it so much she signed up again for #35!

            Oh wow! Thanks guys! This award has come at a time when I felt everything was conspiring against me and my exercise plans for the next few weeks. So it is a very welcome boost.

            To cut a long story short, my dear husband fell and broke his hip, as we were heading to the airport to fly home from Sweden. He had an artificial hip already so it is a disaster as it makes an operation much more complicated. He thought he had just bruised it and insisted on flying home rather than going for an x-ray in Sweden. Since the traumatic journey home, we have had an endless round of hospitals and tests. He is now in hospital waiting for more tests and a decision on when they will operate.

            So sorry for the slow reply to this announcement, but I have had a bit of a nightmare over the last few days, so I've only just logged on to the board after my week's holiday in Sweden where we walked and walked and walked some more.

            I think my exercise since hubby's accident has definitely counted as weight training, which I was just starting to get into! So although I missed my Pilates classes on Thursday and Friday, I made up for it in other ways!

            Silly's award has really cheered me up and made me determined to continue with the exercise.

              Tilly, great job on making exerciser i=of the week. I hope your husband is doing well now and is on the mend.
