I've chosen Cynthia for Member of the Day because of the fine example of exercising she is but also for the paying it forward I've seen her do. When i had to take a much needed break from logging numbers in the Calories Burned Challenge, Cynthia stepped up to the plate and took that over. She is constant in Journal Chats, handing out greetings and well wishes. She will assit when asked with projects on the board. She has been a dependable and valuable member to me and to the board.
