          Joy and Sarah, you both look amazing. And now that I saw your pic Sarah, I remember I spend a bunch of time looking at your journal/journey of pictures and so on. I couldn't believe my eyes. That is when I decided to try this again. It's weird cuz I hadn't seen a post from you after that. Thanks for indirectly being an inspiration. I hope to look and feel like you all one day soon.

                I just found this thread and so glad I did...I love the scale picture...gonna copy that from you LOL

                I have to get to the gym and start the weight training REALLY soon...I know I can count on you to be there and help me out when I need it...and HEY...that's a GREAT feeling.

                One day at at time...today I will do what I need to do to reach my goal.

                            Oh, thank you, Mitzi. I appreciate that. I'm totally sticking around this board. I've been watching the goalies (sadie, silly, sally etc.) and seeing all the discussion about the struggles to maintain.

                            I'm still a sugar addict. I'll always be a sugar addict. And, if I were to allow myself to go down that path, in just a matter of months I'd be right back to 268 lbs. I DO NOT want that to happen. One way for me to keep myself on the "straight and narrow" is to stay close to ADBB and pay it forward.
