    She has been a member of this board for a very, very long time, since August 2004! Sometimes she takes a little break for a while, but she has been back in full swing for some time now, and that's something to be proud of!

    When she's not under the weather, like she is today she participates in the 6WEC and June Abs Challenge.

              I must have missed this! Yay on being exerciser of the week - you especially deserve it because it is sometimes harder for you to get up and at them, as they say

                  Emma, I just now saw this today. Better late than never, huh? CONGRATULATIONS! you are doing a fantastic job, and KUDOS TO YOU for doing Slim in 6!? That's what a little birdy told me anyway...awesome job!
