  • Silly's Exerciser of the Week June 20

    She arrived on the board on May 9 and jumped right into, well, just about everything! She is very determined, has recognized major changes needed in herself, her surroundings and the way she eats. This board has become a very social outlet for her, and it's nice to have her around!

    Currently she participates in:

    Slim in 6

          Thank you so much! Now I'm even more glad I decided to work out last night when I came home late. I REALLY didn't want to.

          I'm so grateful for this board, it helps to have the accountability when my lazy streak shows up. It's easier to do the exercise when I know I have to 'fess up the next day if I don't.

          I haven't been exercising that long, but since I started I've seen huge benefits from it. More energy, more strength, more endurance, and more weight loss.

          Thanks again! I appreciate the honor and will try to continue to live up to it.

              Congratulations Looseshoes !!! Great accomplishment! And I agree on alot of challenges. But isn't it great when you succeed? Keep up on your path and you'll be at goal in no time.
