Thanks again all! One of the most exciting and amazing changes that have come since Atkins is the desire to exercise. Not just because I need to but because I want to. We're leaving for vacation tomorrow and I can't wait to see how and where I find my exercise opportunities. I love finding ways to turn ordinary circumstances into exercise.

Congratulations Mary! You definitely deserve this award - especially with all that hula-hooping. All I can remember of that, is that when I got my first hula-hoop, when I was about 9 years old and tried to practise for ages, I cried with the pain in my stomach muscles Perhaps I should give it another go!
