Thanks so much, Jimmie! The stats have helped me stay on target and keep myself accountable. I appreciate the opportunity to keep my stuff written down in one place since I'm really pretty organizationally challenged.

      Jimmie, you are the best!

I really appreciate the effort you put into this board. The ideas that you come up with really do help to motivate and inspire us.

Sometimes I feel overwhelmed on the board when I don't have a lot of time. Journal Stats will now be the first place that I go. Even if I can't get to all of the other forums that I want to, at least I have a place that is "mine" now. I can keep track of all sorts of things there.

I started a thread in Journal Chats a while back, but don't seem to go there much. I do go there to read Julie's journal and sometimes some others when time permits. Maybe I feel like my life isn't exciting enough to chat about. I feel safe in the Journal Stats because it is OK to go there and just state mundane facts without the pressure to be interesting. I may never have gone there if I hadn't joined the I AM WORTH IT Challenge.

      Thanks again, my friend.

Thanks Jimmie! I wouldn't even have a stats journal if I didn't participate your "I'm worth it challenge"! It's really helped me stay on track with my exercise.

                  mitzi, fatal and caryl,
your words are kind but i have to say i only led you to stats via the challenge, you did the hard work and it's paying off with huge rewards! do you see how much more committed you are to reaching your goals? good work girls!

the next quarter will be a bit tougher for you. staying constant for the whole 3 months can get hard but i think ya'll are up to the challenge!
