    SBEC Celebrates 3 Winners!

    The Stability Ball Exercise Challenge (SBEC) had 3 members who made or exceeded their commitment of minutes during June.

    CONGRATULATIONS to biogeek and kntrylady (and me) for a JOB WELL DONE!

    this was a mutilple award for bio and myself and the very first SBEC award for kntrylady!

    4th STRAIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP

          Congratulations to all! I'm not sure my stability is good enough to do the ball, but ya'll just may give me the courage to try someday.
