goal: 168-175 pounds then we will see if I need to lose any more.
**well...I had a cheat, after a great start- and I'm starting again...just because I owe myself a clean slate.

Just saw this thread and had to come in and give you a big pat on the back Joy.
Congrats on all your accomplishments. My Dad was a heavy smoker and when he finally quit, I was so proud. You have added many extra years to your life now by laying the cigs down. Again, I want to congratulate you and let you know that I am proud for you.Male
