    It's not always how long you've been around that you can get awards, it's also about how you incorporate Atkins into your daily life.

    Today's Silly's Exerciser of the Week is KELLY50!

    Kelly came to the board on June 15 of this year. I have not met her but I can tell you all that she jumped right into the 6WEC, she's already on her second one in a row! She's doing so well, posts all the time and is 100% on track with her exercise. And, she is on rung 4 already! Fantastic!

    Kelly50, you are an inspiration with words, I hope to "meet" you soon!

    Hi there Kelly. Congratulations on this awesome award. I just got it last week and I was soooooo thrilled. I haven't had a chance to read one of your posts but it would be nice to get to know ya. Enjoy the award and keep up the good work.

      Thank you, sillygirl. We have met though. You were one of the kind, ADBB people to post a welcome when I introduced myself in the introduce yourself section. It is so great to have the support, information, and a few laughs when I read this board.

      The support from you and other ADBB members has been and will continue to be a very valuable part of my Atkins WOL. We can do this together. We will get healthy and reach our goals with each others help.

          you just got here in june and already slug free in the 6 wec! how's come you didn't display your little slug free award? display them with pride!

            Hey can I get one of them awards like in little league baseball that pretty muchs means we feel sorry that you suck so bad will give you a award. I need a damn award!

              You have to join some exercises challenges here on ADBB to earn the award!
