  • Silly's Exerciser of the Week October 3

    This exerciser has only been a member of the board since September 13th, 2007.

    She had been a non exerciser for many years. She came to the board, and joined her first challenge, the OCTOBER MILEAGE CHALLENGE. She has been exercising and posting and doing a really great job in trying to get to her goal!

    Please help me congratulate LILLY1313 as todays Silly's Exerciser of the Week!

        Hey, Lilly! Congratulations! I was a non-exerciser myself, but since I started it has really made some huge changes to my life. Congratulations on starting and keep it up--you'll be so glad you did!

                    jajajajaja me actually winning a badge that is hillarious. Thanks for all of your support guys I know my lazy behind wouldn't do it, if I didn't have all your support. I guess after all your are a Silly Girl you guys really made me laught believe it or not, you guys made my day.

                        That's just really awesome! I am so proud of you!

                        I can't wait until my doctors let me exercise again--which will be the end of November, if I'm lucky. I used to hate to exercise, but after this forum and one other got me started, I hated to quit! I haven't been allowed to exercise since February, and boy did my weight loss stop dead in it's tracks! Imagine couch potato me loving to exercise!

                          Hey Sunny thanks wow I c you lost a lot of weight allready dont be to anxious by November you can joing one of the challenges. First take care of your self and listen to your doctor, that way you wont miss any of the coming up challenges. Its great seen lost of support from you guys that have been here for a while

                            Hey, Lilly! Congratulations! I was a non-exerciser myself, but since I started on Atkins I thought I best make an effort at least, it has really made some huge changes to my life.
                            I do Ceroc/Modern Jive dancing and Salsa instead of plain exercise and I love the pure buzz it gives me.
