  • Silly's Exerciser of the Week, October 10

    We've got another fairly new member who has joined a whole lot of challenges right away! She even joined the water challenge and muffin butt challenge, which are not exercise but great challenges to join!

    She came to our board on August 16th and has lost 42.7 pounds so far.

    You're not going to believe all of these exercise challenges she participates in but here we go:

    President's Challenge
    October Stability Ball, Abs and Squat challenges
    Couch to 5K

    A big standing ovation for HRGILLESPIE (aka: Heidi)

                  Thanks everyone!!!!!!! I love the excercise part especially the challenges they really keep me motivated and on track!!!! I can't even imagine where I would be in my weight loss journey if excercise was not a part of it! And it's all of you who encourage and motivate me that deserve the praise and thanks!
