Today I finally saw it, a number starting with a 2 and not a 3. This was my second goal. My first was losing 10% of my starting weight, which I reached at the end of July.
I don't know what my final goal weight is. I can't even think that far in advance. I think my next goal is going to be 275. That's what I weighed when I got married 16 yrs ago.

That's absolutely awesome!!! I think you're right to focus on mini-goals instead of the big picture. I had about 150 pounds to lose, and I did pick a goal weight, but I focused on achievable mini-goals to keep from being overwhelmed by how much total I had to lose.
